Roger Vanderwerken helped start Breakwater Community Church in 2017 and is the Senior Pastor. Roger is a retired Navy chaplain.

Peter Kennedy became the Executive Pastor in 2020. He has a background in environmental compliance in the Navy and as an Executive Pastor.

Maria Miller is a creative leader who has a passion for sharing Christ with children. She is a wife and mother of 4 children.

Joe Gillaspie is a talented worship leader. During the week he works for a printing company. He is married to Sandra.
